Common Issues

SQL Server connection fails

Use SQL › SQL Connection Settings to verify your server name, database, and that the SQL Server service is running. Click Test before saving.

0 records written

Ensure a configuration file (.cfg) is loaded and the SQL Field Mapper has at least one mapped column. Check UCLOG.txt in the installation folder for details.

Browse dialog opens in wrong folder

Set your default directories under Help › Settings.

Access conversion fails

The Microsoft Access Database Engine (32-bit) must be installed. Download it free from Microsoft if missing.
